Scenario
A globally renowned European bank with major operations in India was interested in a nomination based reward program that helped build a culture of recognition and sustained excellence through the demonstration of high performance behaviors. eYantra partnered with one of the bank’s verticals to create an online point based reward program on pilot mode.

Solution
eYantra created an online point based system that linked performance management metrics to an aspirational reward catalog consisting of company branded merchandise and gift vouchers across a category of popular brands. The varieties of branded merchandise that ranged from apparel to travel gear to utility based office tools not only fascinated the employees but also augmented the brand connect of the company with its employees. The online tool also enabled pre-defined users to make special bulk enquiries for events such as Annual awards or special client engagement activities

    Outcome
  • After the success of the pilot, the engagement was moved into a full time program and recently also adopted by a second division/ vertical of the client.
  • The client was able to recognize 600 employees with an experiential reward within 10 days of the occurrence of a critical event
  • Over 1000 redemptions in the last 6 months
