Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager should be able to grow eYantra’s business by acquiring new clients for reward, loyalty & incentive programs. She/ he should have experience in the loyalty/ rewards industry and a good understanding of the dynamics of employee rewards & customer loyalty.

Key Result Areas:

  • Manage the entire Sales Life Cycle, from generating leads, setting up meetings, developing & submitting proposals to contractual activities and Go-Live.
  • Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Supply Chain/ Technology etc..) to ensure 2X value is delivered to the client
  • Manage market research, business research, Database building & management, business opportunity analysis, Lead generation etc.
  • Strategy development , Planning and Reporting
  • Prepare overall go to market strategy together with senior business management

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably an MBA with a specialization in Marketing or HR
  • Experience in Institutional/ Corporate Sales
  • Strong understanding of the Rewards & Recognition, Loyalty business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong Negotiation Skills & High Quality Networking Skills
  • Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development
